DORMANT ACCOUNTS POLICY
State law mandates that the Credit Union turn over unclaimed property to the state. If there has not been any contact from a member for one year the account is considered dormant. After 3 years they get turned over to the state. If we haven't heard from you in a while, to avoid fees and State redemption process you must contact the Credit Union via phone, e-mail, or by doing a transaction within 30 days. Thank you.
Starting May 1st, Key Bank will discontinue their free ATM network. All of our members who are currently using Key Bank, please note that you can utilize the Money Pass Network instead. Just ask your Credit Union staff for more information or connect to Money Pass from the link on our Credit Union website to find an ATM location near you.
